SlashAlert! will let you know when new news
has been posted on Slashdot. The alert can be anything from a beep,
to a sound playing, to a new browser window with the new article in it,
ready to read.
SlashAlert! is customized for Slashdot, using a minimal of processing power and bandwidth. It is currently only on the Windoze platforms. Questions? Read the FAQ The beta of Slashalert is up.
